At Steep Street Teas, we want you to love every cup. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be unopened and in original packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery, and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns of opened products, but we will be glad to exchange them for you.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at support@steepstreet.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
